About the Role: We're seeking individuals with a strong background in surveying, engineering, or land development to spearhead our client's subdivision projects. From offering initial advice to overseeing the issuance of titles, you'll be at the forefront, efficiently managing client relationships and coordinating expert consultants and contractors involved in the project.

Location Flexibility: With offices in Tauranga, Whitianga, Paeroa, Morrinsville and Thames, you have the option to work from any of these bases while actively contributing to projects throughout the Waikato, Coromandel, and Bay of Plenty regions. Additionally, we promote Working-from-Home and Flexible Hours options, providing our Team with the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.
