WAIPA DISTRICT: Apply to subdivide now if you have a 14 year association with the block.  Act now to use 25ha average before it doubles!

WESTERN BAY: New 6ha rural production lots!  Lifestyle Block balance - also when protecting stream banks, wetland or bush.
